Cubby House Kids Club, situated within FINNS Recreation Club, provides an engaging and dynamic setting for children to both play and learn simultaneously. Ensuring a safe and secure environment, parents can relish quality time, confident in the knowledge that their kids are well-cared for.

Tailored for children aged 2 to 12, The Cubby House Kids Club boasts a diverse array of high-quality toys and activities, promising hours of entertainment.

Our caring staff, with excellent English proficiency and welcoming smiles, maintain a favorable caregiver-to-child ratio, always ready to assist with a friendly demeanor. The kids’ menu features healthy options and beloved favorites.

Kids can enjoy an array of activities including, arts and crafts, Lego play, story reading, block building, and movie watching. The facility includes an indoor/outdoor space, a movie room, library, arts & crafts area, MAC computers, dress ups, WII, and more!

Children under 2 are permitted if accompanied by an adult.

Strength & Conditioning
Strength and Conditioning Boxing class is a high-intensity workout designed to improve your overall fitness through the powerful combination of boxing techniques and strength training. Deep Stretch

Tech Boxing

A traditional boxing class designed for fitness, flow and technique.

Choose your intensity by selecting the adjustable height of your Step and get ready to burn calories and shape your lower body. Rhythmic-Aerobic movements are combined with powerful and energetic music to challenge mind and body together.
Crazy Circuit
Body conditioning that uses high-intensity training. Focuses on all muscles groups, targeting strength, endurance, and body coordination to help you burn fat faster.
thE bAR TRAINING (BODY PUMP)

Body Pump is a barbell-based workout that’s designed to tone and strengthen your entire body. Set to energetic music, this class uses high repetitions and light to moderate weights to give you a full-body workout that targets all major muscle groups. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced lifter, Body Pump is an effective and enjoyable way to build strength and improve your fitness.

Athletic Burn

Sunday Strength & Conditioning

Yin Yoga
Enjoy the feelings of rejuvenation and steadiness that arise from a Yin Yoga practice as you slow down, move from noise to silence, from agitation to calm, from complexity to simplicity. This practice integrates the ancient Yoga teachings with Meridian Theory as taught in Chinese Medicine. Engage the body’s natural healing power as you actively nourish and harmonize the body’s vital life force or chi. As the whole body rests and opens with long held poses, the natural healing power of chi is used to rejuvenate and repair the area of focus.
Vinyasa yoga
Vinyasa (translates to “flowing with breath”) is a dynamic style of Hatha yoga which joins physical postures, or asanas, with inhales and exhales, creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice. Our Flow classes are designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, arm balancing, and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness.

Hatha yoga is a branch of yoga that uses physical techniques to try to preserve and channel vital force or energy. The Sanskrit word हठ haṭha literally means “force”, alluding to a system of physical techniques.
