Inversion

This inversion class focuses on building strength, balance, and body awareness through handstands, headstands, and other upside-down poses. We will work on alignment, technique, and proper safety measures to perform inversions with confidence and control.

Hiit

HIIT is a type of interval training exercise. It incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate to at least 80% of one’s maximum heart rate, followed by short periods of lower intensity movements. Interval training is good to improve performance.

thE bAR TRAINING (BODY PUMP)

Body Pump is a barbell-based workout that’s designed to tone and strengthen your entire body. Set to energetic music, this class uses high repetitions and light to moderate weights to give you a full-body workout that targets all major muscle groups. Sunday Strength & Conditioning

Yin Yoga

Engage the body’s natural healing power as you actively nourish and harmonize the body’s vital life force or chi. As the whole body rests and opens with long held poses, the natural healing power of chi is used to rejuvenate and repair the area of focus.
Vinyasa yoga
Vinyasa (translates to “flowing with breath”) is a dynamic style of Hatha yoga which joins physical postures, or asanas, with inhales and exhales, creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice. Our Flow classes are designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, arm balancing, and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness.
Hatha yoga
Hatha yoga is a branch of yoga that uses physical techniques to try to preserve and channel vital force or energy. The Sanskrit word हठ haṭha literally means “force”, alluding to a system of physical techniques.

Grounding is to be connected to and aware of the body and the emotions, enabling us to work on releasing stress and physical tensions. The result is increased awareness, presence, aliveness, more energy and a peaceful mind.

Is a type of exercise that focuses on consciously manipulating your breathing rate and depth so that you become more aware of it and can gain various benefits.
