Splash Water Park is Back! | 1 October 2024

As of Tuesday, 1 October 2024, Splash Water Park is back after its refurbishment, welcoming you all with a big splash!

Our newly refurbished Splash includes the kids playground, filled with water cannons, slides, a climbing fort, and a giant tipping pail; daily foam parties at 2PM and 4.30PM; the relaxing Crazy Creek; Blue Lagoon, perfect for all types of activities such as playing ball, swing rope and slippery pole—and more!

Indulge in a culinary journey between water adventures at our Splash Dining & Bar area, offering a fusion of tropical flavours—from refreshing cocktails to mouth-watering dishes. Relax and enjoy the perfect blend of excitement and gourmet delights.

Entry is just IDR 50,000 per adult or child, with minimum spends of IDR 100,000 for Single Beds, IDR 400,000 for Deluxe Beds, and IDR 1,000,000 for Cabanas. We can’t wait to welcome you back!

Choose your intensity by selecting the adjustable height of your Step and get ready to burn calories and shape your lower body. Rhythmic-Aerobic movements are combined with powerful and energetic music to challenge mind and body together.
Crazy Circuit
Body conditioning that uses high-intensity training. Focuses on all muscles groups, targeting strength, endurance, and body coordination to help you burn fat faster.
thE bAR TRAINING (BODY PUMP)

Body Pump is a barbell-based workout that’s designed to tone and strengthen your entire body. Set to energetic music, this class uses high repetitions and light to moderate weights to give you a full-body workout that targets all major muscle groups. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced lifter, Body Pump is an effective and enjoyable way to build strength and improve your fitness.

pilates
Get ready to do a series of movements that will stabilize and strengthen your core. You’ll get stronger, more sculpted muscles and gain flexibility. You may also have better posture and a better sense of well-being.
Athletic Burn

A workout designed to build muscle and encourage fat loss at the same time. Using functional equipment with muscle timing activation, which involves more muscle group action.

Sunday Strength & Conditioning

Is a workout strategy to maximize calorie burn both during and after your workout. To achieve this result, you give a maximum physical effort through a series of compound movements (using more than one muscle group at a time) for a short, intense period.

TRX Training

Yin Yoga

This practice integrates the ancient Yoga teachings with Meridian Theory as taught in Chinese Medicine. Engage the body’s natural healing power as you actively nourish and harmonize the body’s vital life force or chi. As the whole body rests and opens with long held poses, the natural healing power of chi is used to rejuvenate and repair the area of focus.
Vinyasa yoga
Vinyasa (translates to “flowing with breath”) is a dynamic style of Hatha yoga which joins physical postures, or asanas, with inhales and exhales, creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice. Our Flow classes are designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, arm balancing, and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness.
Hatha yoga
Hatha yoga is a branch of yoga that uses physical techniques to try to preserve and channel vital force or energy. The Sanskrit word हठ haṭha literally means “force”, alluding to a system of physical techniques.
Grounding & Stress release
Grounding is to be connected to and aware of the body and the emotions, enabling us to work on releasing stress and physical tensions. The result is increased awareness, presence, aliveness, more energy and a peaceful mind.
Breath work

Is a type of exercise that focuses on consciously manipulating your breathing rate and depth so that you become more aware of it and can gain various benefits.
